Launch your FTP client. "Safari" and "Mac Explorer" are not FTP clients!
Enter FTP address. ftp://
User name:   If you were assigned a user name, use it instead
Password: If you were assigned a password, use it instead
  ! If you do not use your e-mail address as a password we can not send you a confirming e-mail after uploads.

  If you are sending large files, it is highly recommended that you use an FTP program that supports resuming file transfers in case your transmission is interrupted; Internet Explorer does not support resuming transfers.
 
 

Note for Internet Explorer ver 7 or later

Microsoft has changed the way you access an ftp site.

In order to supply your User Name and password, you will need to click on the PAGE button and then click on Open ftp site in Windows Explorer. Then go up to the file menu and use the logon as command.
